All Families Are Equal Act: Interview with Michelle Flowerday

In December 2016 the Ontario Government passed Bill 28, the All Families are Equal Act (AFEA). This Act dramatically changes the definition of a family, in order to ensure that all families are treated equally by recognizing and clarifying the legal status of parents, whether LGBTQ2+ or straight, and whether their children were conceived with or without assistance.
